We love this boler but our family is getting too big for it so time to move it on.
It came to us in great shape and we put some serious work into it. It's 50 years old and is in great shape throughout and doesn't smell weird!!!!

The original stove and sink were replaced with a countertop - which we find useful as we mostly cook outside- however we kept the original stove, sink and icebox to go with it.

There is a gas heater installed and vented as it was recently lived in off grid.
Original flooring is in great shape as well

These things continue to go up in value and are so much fun to rip around in and our minivan could tow it.
