I purchased this little Boler with full intentions on taking her on the road for years to come. She was a bit of a mess, but after she got cleaned up I got to work making her roadworthy. She is pretty much original. Unfortunately I have to sell her before I had her completely repaired. She has some issues which I'll address here for full disclosure purposes that the new owner knows what is required.
Frame and axel were inspected last fall to make sure everything was straight and true before tackling the body work. Both frame and axel are good, and I had the single old safety chain removed and 2 new safety chains welded on at that time.
The electrical is good. The gas lines and plumbing were inspected by a licensed plumber gasfitter. The gas works great to the heater and stove. The heater grate needs to be either repaired or replaced. A new gas regulator was installed. Waterline has a small kink in it, but I never used it.
There was no fridge, but I put a small electrical fridge in which is included.
The door needs fiberglass work to realign the hinges and door as well as a new crank on the window. The door window is cracked. All other windows are good but I would recommend new stripping and cranks need servicing to improve tight closure. The screen on window on the door side was sliced on an attempted break in 2 years ago. There are no leaks in the roof.
There was no closet door, but there is a brand new one included that hasn't been installed. The cupboard drawer needs to be repaired. All other cupboard doors are great.
All cushions and covers accept the bunk were all upgraded by the previous owners with a high quality foam and covers (leather on one side and fabric on the other). Bunk bars are included.
I installed the following new replacements; door hinge kits, load bearing bar joining upper and lower cupboards; bearings, sleeves & racers; two 12 ply trailer tires; gas regulator; two safety chains; second jack; side exterior light lenses. New parts included are closet door and hinges, tail lights, stove knobs. All other original items will be provided such as original jacks, propane tank brackets, air pump, and anything else that's there. Maybe even some of the camping dishes if desired. Curtains included.
I have taken this trailer on a number trips with no issues. You don't even know its behind you. I'm sad to see her go but I know whoever gets her will be thrilled.
