New 5 lug dexter axle installed about 4 years ago when I did frame off repair / restoration of frame. BAL stabilizer jack in rear added.

Interior reconfigured into mobile art gallery. Rear bed still in place, but front bench removed to make larger space.

Original heavy pressed wood cabinet doors replaced with nice cabinet grade Baltic birch ply... and painted.

Broken icebox was removed to make more cabinet storage,
Took sink and stove out because it's really better to cook outdoors and you can always sit the campstove on the galley top if and when necessary

You can repaint if you want, and do other cosmetics but the more important aspects are nicely handled. It's really good for a 50 year old camper, and deserves more loving attention.
