No leak from the roof and the walls. Triple checked in rainey weather and using water hose.

I lost the interest in the project, mainly dur to the budget.

Modification was in progress on the bed area, as the original size was a serious pain. It was too small.

The previous owner changed the rear window to a bigger size, for any case of emergency, and I like the size of it.

If you are planning a fresh start, just rip everything down and start from scratch, or if you like this layout, take it and go ahead.
