Tires in good shape. Everything is working. Custom memory foam bed which turns into a table with two chairs. Couch makes into bunk beds. Poles not included but I hear they’re an easy thing to obtain. Comes with white awning and two poles that’s super cute.

The sink was removed to make more room for counter space. Water bottles works for us and we haven’t missed it, but you can always put another in.

Canadian plates so would take an extra couple minutes at the insurance broker (very easy process for trailers).

The frame is in perfect condition.
