Other improvements include - converted original stairs and dinette to allow for extra storage, installed a propane tap for a stove (new stove included but needs to be installed), replaced flooring in bedroom with new carpet/insulation/vapor barrier, added heavy duty stainless steel door latch, etc.

Other things to note - title is CLEAN! We towed it with a full sized Tundra. Weight with mods is 4000lbs. Because this is the deluxe version it has heavier wood components versus the fiberglass on the standard model. The dinette table converts to an extra sleeping area so it can comfortably sleep 4!
