She’s had quite the over haul.
-New base floor in 50% of the camper.
-All the wood cabinets are new. I used the warped/rotted ones as templates for the new ones, reused the drawers and cupboard fronts, just painted and added new hardware.
-New tires
-New leaf spring axel
-New landing gear
-New front window
-New paint
-New escape/hatch cover
-New vent (replacing the non working a/c unit)
-slip covered all cushions. Surprisingly, they were in good shape I hated to not use them so they are originals.
-Comes with portable room A/C
-New flooring in whole camper (tile in bathroom)
-New led remote control light strip
-New LED puck lights throughout (battery operated)


Took out all plumbing but can be put back in, I didn’t mess with the lines (it can have a shower and sink in the bathroom).
It has a kitchen sink with running water from a 3gallon jug under the sink.
It now has a self contained potty so there is still a toilet just not a regular RV toilet with a tank hook up.
Her awning works and is in excellent condition.
All the mechanical parts were rusted and inoperable so I took them all out. I myself don’t need all those things so I left them out but realize others may want them so I left it ready to rewire if someone chooses.
I bought the electrical items to rewire it I just haven’t gotten to putting them in but I may by the time of the sale. I’ve just been using an extension cord and a zip strip in the mean time.
Like all great campers, “Dixie” has a story. If you like her so much you decide to make her yours, I’ll share the story so it can live on with her.
She is a great off grid camper or if you like the camp ground life she works well as that too!
I dont need to sell her I just don’t know how much use she will get now that I’ve chosen the campervan route and it’s a shame to not use her now that she has all new parts. I have every receipt for the rebuild as well as pictures along the way. All of that being said I’m not willing to take low ball offers. I have receipts to show I’m asking under what I have in to her please don’t be insulting. I am a reasonable person though and will hear reasonable offers.

I have other extras that go with her like Jack stands, wheel chucks, fifth wheel tripod stand, two extra outside rear lens covers (there’s new ones on there, they shipped two sets) and can come with the fifth wheel plate if needed you’ll just need the rails in your truck.
She’s light, I can’t even feel her behind my F-150. I know people that have hauled them with small trucks too.

I have included pics and can provide more to a serious buyer. Th paint job as pictured was before the axel work you can see in the pic at the campground that the axel height is much different. Also pics are of the plain work done and the decor to add in. Some stuff can stay with her if you wish.
