This scam ad is listed in CL throughout the U.S. The pics and write-up were lifted off of a Burro Ad in California that sold for $11,000.

This has been a great little camper for our family. It is extremely functional with NO LEAKS, obviously adorable, fits in our garage, and is extremely light (900 lbs). Serious buyers only. Everything works, stove, sink, fridge, heater, led lights, battery, etc. No Toilet!. New Flooring, New Upholstery and curtains, Custom Privacy curtains, Hardwood Dinette table, Cabinet Doors Redone. 13-foot (total length from the front tip to rear tip of the trailer) 1982 Burro travel trailer. It has been in our family for over 20 years. We have enjoyed it to the fullest and traveled building many memories camping in the rain, snow, wind storms and sunny days. 
Here's a bit about the Burro Trailer: Dinette that converts to full size bed, Sink, Water Holding Tank, Two burner Stove, Refrigerator (120v), 120v Outlets, Plenty of storage under beds and in cabinets, Full closet, Propane Tank, Heater, Digital thermostat for heater and more.

This camper is fully functional. This camper weighs around 900lbs and can be towed by a fairly small vehicle. The dinette converts to a full size bed. It's fully loaded with: heater, 2 burner stove, 120V outlets, sink, fridge, plenty of storage, closet, propane tank, thermostat, water pump sink, new curtains, led lights, battery charger . It's ready.
