1978 Trillium 1300-$7200-Western Oregon
This trailer came to me with a new axel, 2" reciever and new upholstery-other wise needed some love. In the past couple of years I installed a new power center with all new wiring, led interior lights and 12 volt water pump. I had her professionally plumbed with a water heater, outside shower, sink and faucet and new propane lines. Put in a new counter top, table top and counter extension. new cherry cabinets and doors round out the wood work. Marmoleum flooring was also installed. A few months ago we put all new foam in the cushions both in the dinette and the bench seat in the front It has the front bunk beds-sleeps 4.. It has original jalousie windows that work perfectly and original unpainted ensolite wall coverings and fiberglass furniture, has a porta potty. I have replaced the roof vent and removed and resealed the windows. Has a fresh coat of paint on the exterior. Has a rock guard and awning.Does not have a refrigerator or a furnace.
