Camper has been well cared for and is in very good condition.
New stainless steel refrigerator and microwave. 3 burner cooktop.
Newer cushions throughout. The red fabric you see in the pictures is not the actual fabric material but an extra cover we had made to cover and protect the actual upholstery fabric (which is green in color). This red cover can be easily removed and laundered if needed. There are also window covers made with the same red material that can be quickly velcroed to cover the windows at night.
This camper does not have air conditoning and we have found that, at least in Michigan, the vent fan does an adequate job of cooling the camper. In a more southern climate in the summer, someone may wish to add a window or roof air-conditioner.
You will notice on the scamp website, layout 4 (this scamp) does not have a bath . It does have a privacy room/closet and a porta-potty.
If you look close at the exterior pictures, you will see that the awning mounts are there but there is no awning attached. I removed the awning because I prefer a commercial stand alone awning which we use. The original awning is included in the sale and can be easily reattached to the scamp, however, where I consider this scamp to be in overall excellent condition, I would consider the awning to be in just fair condition.
The Scamp comes with all the hitch accessories to tow with including sway bar and load levelers. There is also a 2" receiver on the rear for a bike rack, etc. 2 spare tires and dual propane tanks.
