My 2019 Casita is in excellant condition and has always been under cover. The unit has all the standard factory upgrades with the exception of outside shower and microwave oven. After market upgrades include a ACOpower solar suitcase which is 100 watts with a 20 Amp controller and a ZAMP 45 watt suitcase solar system.  Also includes a backup camera which is wired as a full time rear view camera. The interior includes a 3 burner range, large refrigerator and the bed offers the versatility of configuring into a full, twin, or king size. The Independence model has more storage than some other Casita models. This casita has custom blackout curtain with residence style drapery rods and hangers.

I tow my Casita with a 2011 Honda Ridgeline awd using a Curt stabilizer sway bar and it tows flawlessly. The Honda can be purchased with the Casita if interested.
