Nice older 16' SCAMP in very good minimal wear condition and not much use in it's time. Parked for the last 8 or 9 years. The SCAMP has Heat, A/C, Refrigerator, Microwave, Sink, Stove, Front Shower - Sink and a Toilet. There is a mount for the TV over the bed. I installed a new Water Pump, Floor Covering, new Stop and tail Lights, new Dual 20# Propane Tank Cover and a New Battery last year. All appliances and systems work and are operable. There is a awning in fair condition ( a few small holes or a tear or two in it but in decent shape. It will also come with 2 New Tires along with tires and a spare that are on the trailer.
