Letting our beautiful, well-loved U Haul CT 13' go as we are having a baby and I wont have the time to do all I hoped to modernize this

nearly original U Haul. While we have had it (just over a year), it has been parked inside. All modifications are pre-existing by previous owner. I think this is the only U Haul I have ever seen with a bathroom, which sets this CT apart from all of the rest - and makes it truly a self-contained unit for boon-dockers.

I planned and studied at length and just as I was moving on to the action phase, the baby news (we are having one) halted me, as we must prepare 'now for something completely different'  (unless I can convince my wife that an under-cabinet LCD TV can be used as a diaper). We are seeing if there is someone out there who wants to make this extraordinary, classic, and beautiful U Haul - their own. As it is nearly 25 years old and does need work we are selling as is. Happy to answer any questions. I planned to bring it up to date but know we will not recover our investment into it – so serious buyers only please.

 - All cabinet doors with 'U Haul' stamped on each lower corner

- Furnace w/ wall-mounted thermostat

- Fiberglass bin inserts

- Zippered removable screen door

- Original zippered cushions

- Original curtains

- Built-in ashtrays on each side of booth (gotta love the 80's!)

- The original 'U Haul' decals are still there (exterior sides and back), hidden 

   under a color-matched tape, applied by U Haul when they sold the fleet. I never

   removed the tape, but the 'U HAUL' stencil is clearly still there if you wish to

   remove it and befuddle passersby on the road!

Disclosure:

- Door window (upper-section only) cracked but still in place and functional

- Pump needs adjustment / leaked sporadically

- Rust on trailer           

Modifications include:

- Toilet: a rare SeaLand Vacu-flush porcelain toilet with black water tank

- Battery Box: moved to exterior (welded) rear bumper battery shelf. Previous

  owner removed rear portion of the booth (where battery was housed) and

  installed a full-length wall-mounted table offering substantially more table

  surface. Previous owner said he did not like the idea of battery fumes/gases

  inside the camper/ near his head when he slept.
