This 16 foot Scamp has been enjoyed by our family for five years after we bought it out of a barn in Vermont. It had been stored for many years before we found it and renovated it. We did extensive work to make it fit our needs and it looks great!  We removed the bathroom and added an additional sleeping area plus partial privacy wall, and a long wooden flip top bench seat for storage and an extra sleeping berth. We generally cook and eat outside, so we made the dinette into a full sized memory foam bed. It could easily be converted back to a dinette / bed. There is ample storage, custom curtains, new paint, and a beautiful light colored heavy duty wooden laminate floor. Tires are new from a couple of years ago. The awning is original and a little stained but works fine and provides a great place to set up an outdoor kitchen or some seating in the rain. The stove is brand new, we never use it as we prefer to cook outdoors. The sink is not functional, we intended to add a pump faucet with bucket system but never got around to it. We did remove the water storage tank when we took out the bathroom. Electric is original and the lights work and run off the battery or solar panels. We've never plugged it into services as the sites we prefer have no hook ups. Has a Coleman heater and AC unit that we have never used. Apparently it worked fine for the previous owner. Missing one small window screen, otherwise all others are there. The sunroof option is great and we have always enjoyed a nice breeze in Maine rather than wanting to run an AC.
