This Scamp is in excellent condition and has only gone on a handful of trips. This Scamp is a Layout #1 meaning there is NO SHOWER/RESTROOM combo. There are front bunks instead. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Everything on and within the trailer is in excellent working condition. I have every document that came with the Scamp since it was built in 2019 and I have the title in hand. I also have every booklet warranty and informational document for every appliance in the scamp. I have included the weight certificate and the build out sheet to show you every item this trailer has. Our family has simply outgrown this Scamp and we are looking to get a 16ft instead. I can honestly say the condition of the Scamp is IMMACULATE. We took extreme care to keep it nice as we absolutely loved it. I am asking 20k but I am willing to negotiate REASONABLY.

Changes we made while owning this scamp:

- We had custom blackout curtains made for all the windows in the scamp (they match the originals in color)

- We put nice wooden shelving in the closet to make it into a pantry (I can send pics if you would like to see)
