1992 lil bigfoot 13.5 .  Furnace, 3way fridge, stovetop, fresh water pump all tested and worked.  Have all cushions to the 4 person rear dinette and two person front dinette. Non smoker owned.  Weights 820 kg tow with a small SUV or minivan.The floor has been replaced in July 2023 (removed dinette cabinets, old floor, added and reinforced the fiberglass shell and then put in new plywood on top, finished floor with new vinyl plank).  Also added solar panel and controller, replaced tires, new battery and new trailer jack.  When I did the floor repair, I reinstalled the water system, but did not drill the drain holes.  So you can see the water system running that was pre-floor repair, but the new owner will have to drill the drain holes for the sink and tank and seal them.  it is important for any mutually satisfactory sale, that the buyer has personally assessed condition of the trailer before a non refundable deposit or payment is made.
