We were very happy to find this Casita at a dealer in April of 2022, it had all of the standard feature updates from the 2020 model year and was built before supply chain problems forced many deletions or substitutions. Since we bought it, we've added many extras expecting to be using it for a long time, but things happen in life that require change. For us, we need to downsize to a smaller home and will no longer have a covered place to keep a camper. The dealer we got it from disclosed to us that the camper received some storm damage from a tree branch that had damaged the plastic Maxxair fan cover and the A/C shroud (these had been replaced) but there was no damage to either of those appliances or to the fiberglass shell. Overall, I believe the camper is in great used condition. All appliances and electronics are in good working order. No frame damage or axle issues. No water leaks or plumbing issues. We're non-smokers and sensitive to the smell, so no one has smoked in it. Be aware though that we do have a black lab dog that goes everywhere with us (including camping) but she's only been on the vinyl floor when inside the Casita, never on the furniture. You'll see in the photos that I removed the bathroom door and put a curtain up, but I have that door in storage and it will be included.
