Truly One of a Kind Casita!

In addition to the build sheet attached are some of the unique items which make this Casita a One of a Kind stand out:
1) The BBQ Shack… This mod is hard to define but I will try. This is a uniquely designed and hand built by myself Cabinetry made from re purposed 4 ft fence boards. See first picture…
2) Starting from the top down it features (2) Corner cabinets with motion detected lithium rechargeable lighting. On the top a nice lip so that items can be placed on top. Inside there is plenty of space for whatever your desires. Fully functioning doors with magnetic hinges.
3) It also features a large shelf area below the rear window which can be used as quick dining or just a place to put your stuff (-:
4) To the left and right above the twin beds, below the cabinet’s mods two more spacious open hide aways. These feature 12vdc diming lights which can be operated by built in, individual switching on each side. Additionally, on each side a USB, PDP, and 110vac are available for whatever your needs.
5) Cedar Closet shelves with secret compartment
6) Perhaps the most unique feature is the Remote-controlled hide away 12vdc TV which pops out from under the center of the shelf.
7) Below the TV shelf are (2) Additional doors for a DVD player or storage of choice.
8) Inventor / Designer / Creator of the CASLITE 360, a unique designed led light ring specifically designed for casitas bathrooms. This is a 15-minute installed light which is low profile and featured an integrated night light. Warm light is installed but will offer blue, or white light kits in addition.
9) At the bottom of this Unit is a door that can house a decent sized Battery generator. I had a Blue Etti EB150 hidden behind this door for all the power needs above. Installed behind this door is also a wired 110 vac receptacle that can be used to charge your generator, or if you have shore power.
10) Since we all need some table space, there is a fold down table with a lock for traveling. Note: This table is unique in that it is legless. Nothing to interfere with your legs when set up.
11) This entire design as you see it is fixed securely in place by engineering design. Meaning that there are no screws or bolts used to hold this unit in place. Should you want to restore the liberty back to its original full bed design with tables no problem, all of these original items are included.
12)This camper will come with a 3D printed 12vdc “BBQ SHACK” sign to show off your unique set up
13) Custom fitted with a Furion Shore power 30amp Twist lock with power cord.
14) Custom fitted wood trimmed curtains; additional Teal color curtains new never used
15) Two “Wave One Marine” Spreader Lights, White or Blue Color. One mounted aft bathroom vent ideal for lighting tow vehicle bed. The other mounted below original location left of door. There is also a “Motion Guard MG-100 450B” motion detection light mounted above this light with all switching professionally just inside the door.
16) Stomberg Carlson Cargo Tray with Vented Generator box for off grid adventures. Note this unit has the proper Transfer switching to avoid any issues with multiple power sources. Generator is included with sale.
17) Haloview MC-5111 Wireless back up camera, recorder, and console

Serious inquiries Only Please!!! Everything on this Casita has been profesionally done. It may not be everyones taste but unique and exceptionally cozy, warm, and brings some some of the outdoor flavor in. This unit is about as nice as they come. Well taken care of and it shows.....
