This 17 ft Escape Trailer from Canada is molded fiberglass. The interior is beautiful, with light wood (maple) paneling on all cupboards and doors and a lovely print on cushions. Interior includes a small bath/shower combo, a permanent full-sized bed as well as a single bed after converting the 3-person dinette. Next to the kitchen sink is an extension for food prep and a 2 burner gas stove top. The refrigerator is 4 cu ft. and runs on propane or electric and above the frig is a built-in microwave. There is a heater and AC with fan. Plenty of storage space above and below all around the trailer as well as lights and outlets. Frameless thermal windows open from the bottom to prevent leaks, with one opening rear window. The front window is protected by a rock shield.
Outside, there are two 6V batteries, two propane tanks and a storage box. The trailer is wired for solar and has extra insulation underneath. There is storage underneath the bed which can be accessed from the outside or underneath the bed. The awning is manual. Tires are in good condition and bearings were greased recently. Heavy duty hitch and sway bars are included. Dry weight is 2,640 lbs and GVWR is 3,500 lbs.
