We are reluctantly selling our 2018 Escape 21 picked up July 2018. Original non smoking owners. We have decided to go full time, and need more space, otherwise we would keep the trailer as we absolutely love it. Everything works perfectly, I do my all own maintenance, and am very picky and proactive. Bearings removed and repacked in October 19, brakes are adjusted before every trip, and I wax the trailer at least every four months. All new Goodyear Endurance tires, except for spare, one of the original tires was sliced by a piece of metal in Moab in July 2019, so replaced all four. Complete 340 watt solar system purchased from AM Solar in Oregon, system includes: two Zamp 170 watt panels with tilt bars, forward or backward, SunRunner Signature MPPT 40A controller, system only required one 1/2 inch hole in roof, all other attachments with 3m tape, everything is rock solid AM solar has never had a panel come loose. Combined with the two 6v batteries, we can easily run the microwave, Instant Pot, fans, heater, etc. Batteries are usually fully charged within two hours every morning. I also added a Micro-Air easy start 364 to the A/C, which allows the A/C to be run by my Honda 2200 (not going with trailer) in eco mode, yes start up as well. Fastway E2 sway control/equalizer hitch is included. I have included the build sheet, everything listed on the sheet will go with trailer, including a TV and two full propane tanks. Custom counter tops, upholstery is Tommy Bahama. I replaced the original MaxxFan with a new MaxxFan in August 2019, same model, the old unit worked sporadically, I went back and forth with MaxxFan for several months, new fan has worked perfectly. I made a tool “rack” in the front storage box to separate the sewer fittings from the rest of the box, it keeps basic small tools handy and also has a holder for a box of disposable gloves. Trailer is in Tucson Az, willing to deliver pretty much anywhere, as we love to travel. $33,500 OBO.
