Comes ready to camp in with the small things like water pressure dampener, 30-15Amp converter, dishes and cookware, sheets, linens and towels.
The issues: 1. The water line that pumps to the toilet is damaged and leaks. I turned the pump on once, realized the leak and it has been turned off since (no water damage). I didn't bother fixing this because it was too easy to just pour a cup of water into the bowl instead.
The trailer was in AB/SK until March 2020, then towed to Vancouver Island. Leak free and put in covered storage during winter. Kept very dry - pails of desiccant and heated periodically. I'm very sensitive to mold/mildew so buying from the prairies and keeping it dry was a big deal for me!
Very bright and functionally spacious (I lived in it full time for 6 months)! I rented it out nightly for the summer of 2020 and 2021 and got rave reviews about how it is set up. Great money maker renting it through RVezy - booked solidy all summer.
I towed it easily with a Toyota RAV4, even through the rockies during the winter. The trailer has brakes but I rarely use them on the island, so they should still be in good shape.
Looks like a vintage trailer, but as a 2004, it has very little wear. Not to mention the appliances still have lots of life left.
My asking price is $16,500. Available on or after August 15th, 2021.
