We have an as-new 2003 Casita 17’ Spirit Deluxe. I believe it has every option then available and has barely ever been used.
It is located in Southern California. I bought it from the original owner and have all the original sales paperwork, manuals, keys etc. as well as the weight distribution, anti-sway hitch.

Recent exterior detail, upholstery and wall coverings are as new.

What it needs :
Water Pump has gotten intermittent, the pump costs $75 although I suspect it's a pressure sensor. I will have repaired or adjust the price accordingly.
Newer, better battery $60 on up
Rear dinette table legs are missing. We use that dinette as a bed full time but the legs are available from Casita for about $11 each.
Some of the cupboard latches need work, I have replacements.
Graphics were old and have been removed, available from Casita as is original style spare tire cover.
