SOLD - 2001 16' Scamp Deluxe Trailer - $10,500 - La Crosse, WI

Fully loaded & everything in excellent working condition. A little heavier than the Standard model, but well worth it for the extra storage & “livability”. And it still is exceptionally easy to tow. I am the third owner & have had this for 15 years. No smokers/no pets. I hate to sell it, but need a larger place for spending winters down south.

14” wheels with Towmaster 205/65 D ST tires (spare never used). About 7000 miles and lightly worn.
Electric brakes in good condition.
Sway bar & hitch included. 7 pin electrical harness.
Manual tongue jack with wheel. Easy to use, so I haven't replaced with an electric one.
Standard rear jacks.
New heavy duty dump hose in front storage tube.
Group 29, 12 volt battery with added switches on the box for battery and solar cut offs.
100 watt Siemens SR100 solar panel (with Morningstar SunSaver-6 controller installed in trailer) & frame to sit on the ground (in the sunlight, while trailer is in the shade).
Volt/Amp digital meter inside to monitor battery & solar panel.
500 watt invertor.
All 12 volt interior lighting changed to LED's. Including extra lights.
2 interior ac shag lights.
Smoke/CO alarm.
Dual LP tanks with auto cross over.
Rear 2” receiver for bike rack or cargo carrier (not included).
Front couch/bunk beds with deluxe cushions.
Larger dining table converts to queen size bed.
Vinyl flooring with custom made blue jean rag rugs.
Birch (light colored) cabinets & trim. LOTS of storage areas. Including a closet with hanger bar & multiple shelves.
3 drawers, including a silverware drawer.
Custom drawer & cabinet handles, deluxe larger cushions & covers.
Levalor window shades.
Microwave.
2 burner LP stove with custom cover.
Air conditioner works great!
LP 16,000 BTU furnace with thermostat, works great!
4.6 cubic foot refrigerator with freezer runs on AC & LP and works perfectly.
New kitchen faucet, stainless steel sink with cover.
Side bath with hot/cold sink, new shower head, toilet with 10 gal tank.
Standard 10 gal water tank.
Standard gray water tank.
6 gal LP water heater.
Cable TV ready. Could possibly be used for an antenna? I don't watch TV while out camping, so haven't tried this.
Standard 30 amp shore AC line.
30 amp converter.
Standard “city water” hook up.
Outside 110 AC outlet.
Outdoor shower. Very nice to have for cleaning off gear, bathing a dog & even to shower after swimming.
10 foot Dometic awning. Rarely used, as I like to park in shady sites.
3 speed thermostatic controlled fan in ceiling plus another large screened hatch.
Bi-folding screen door.
Awning, crank, louver, jalousie, slated, torque style (multiple names for these type) -screened windows on both sides & the small optional window over the sink. Very nice for rainy days- nice venting without rain coming in.
Sliding back window.
Front Plexiglas window with insulated “gravel shield”.. This has some smaller flaws.
Porch light.
Lots of extras.
