I've personally replaced the water heater, water pump, air conditioner, and tires. She's turn key ready to camp.

She comes with two 5 gallon propane tanks that last forever. She has a nice big fridge and inside freezer. Also includes a fantastic fan above the bed which is amazing. Also has a nice comfortable mattress if you want it. I have the original cushions and table as well if you prefer that over the mattress.

You can practically pull her behind any size truck or SUV with the right set up.
