1997 Scamp. Handyman's Special. Clean title. Originally a Deluxe model that has been overhauled. Ready to use, but needs some TLC.

*Cabinets and the closet have custom, handmade, gorgeous hardwood doors.
*Main floor has been replaced with warm and tough laminate flooring that looks like hardwood.
*Converted to a dry camper---so no stove, refrigerator, water tanks, battery, or propane---though with a bit of carpentry skills you could change it back.
*Original factory lights are non-functional, but the interior is lined with christmas lights that easily run on a portable power station (portable power station not included), and it looks better that way!
*Some of the wood trim on the furniture will need to be replaced (simple cut and screw will work).
*You'll want to re-seal the outer bolts of the camper to ensure a waterproof shell.
*Roof originally had a fantastic fan that has been removed. A simple plastic tub screwed over the remaining hole has kept out all leaks from above.
*Bed is ridiculuously comfortable / includes original Scamp cushions plus a thick memory foam mattress topper.
*Main door is functional and locks up with a clasp that's been installed, but the handle on the door does not work. Has been used this way for years, but you can always order a new door from Scamp if you want.
*This model does not have a bathroom
