It is time to part with our fully renovated vintage 1995 Burro. We have a clear Washingon State Title. We purchased this in April of 2014 from a lovely older couple in Sequim, Washington. Over the span of three years, we had it professionally restored. The majority of the work was completed by Old School Trailer works out of Bellingham, Washington. Sadly, due to our daughter’s passion for performing in Musical Theatre, we have only taken our Burro on two trips in the past 6 years. Once to Yellowstone before it was painted and once to the Olympic Peninsula.
We have always kept our Burro covered in our carport. We have a receipt from Poulsbo RV dated for 7/29/2020 showing it was inspected, all systems are working properly, and a new battery was put in. She is fully ready for many new adventures!
The Burro is a lightweight two fiberglass shell design that avoids the rot and weight issues of many other campers of this size. Fiberglass campers are very durable. Fiberglass forms the seats, pantry, cabinets, and galley counter. It can easily be towed by smaller vehicles. This camper has an electrical braking system, which makes it even easier to tow. All you need is a 2-inch ball hitch and a 7 pin connector.
