1987 Casita Trailer Project. Weighs 1800 lbs, can be towed by most 4 cylinder cars. Bottom frame was rebuilt in recent years and is in great condition. Trailer is fully self-contained, has a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Kitchen has a 2 burner stove with a fan and a sink for washing. Refrigerator still works on regular and 12 volt battery power.
AC unit in the back window still blows cold air. Heater still works off of propane, but needs some work.
Water heater worked when I first bought it, but hasn't been used for some years now, so I'm not aware of it's current condition. I have used it primarily for camping and a temporary living situation, but haven't in more recent times, Was going to remodel it, but due to current health issues I now need to let it go.

It's basically only a 2 person trailer, but bed area can be expanded for possibly two young kids.

Floor carpet needs to be replaced. Probably best to put in a wooden floor or tile surface. This type of trailer has a carpet all around the inside which provides it's major insulation. I was considering taking it out and replacing it with more modern insulation and wooden paneling, but haven't got around to doing any of that so it's still in mostly original condition. Just selling it AS-IS at this point. It's still in fairly good condition, but definitely needs some repair, remodeling and further cleaning. Tires are functional enough for moving it, but need replacement.

No problems with hitch and towing lights when last used.

Deal includes solar panels which worked when last used.
