Up for sale in NE Iowa is this 13' Scamp, it has a 5k btu ac, custom made white oak cabinetry and outside table. It also has a new Scamp factory running gear with 7" electric brakes, these tend to not be replaced as Scamp's age and this one will be good for 30 years (or more) of use and the electric brakes are extremely nice to have for efficient, worry free stopping. At the same time the running gear was replaced, all three tires were replaced also and have less than 700 miles on them.
Additionally, all the upholstery has been updated to brand new Scamp factory fit upholstery. The electric outlet  hatch cover is new, the water connection, plumbing and fixture are new and the grey water outlet plumbing and hatch are new. It was painted last year with a durable epoxy paint. It has a Cuisinart microwave that also doubles as a convection oven and also has a new fridge. It also has a standard lcd tv bracket that moves and swivels so it can be seen from either front or back. It also comes with a larger version of a new Thetford porta-potty. It also has the original canvas canopy (in good shape) and poles that extend out from the door. The door seals were replaced with original Scamp rubber seals. The drinking water tank is still installed and works well and has a new Scamp pump faucet in addition. The camper does have 12v wiring but no battery as I never had plans to use it.
This is all set up for comfortable campground camping that has a water hookup and electrical hookup, we used it to camp in Door County and it was perfect!
