I bought this with the idea of updating it but just camped in it as is. We bought a larger camper for our growing family.

I do not know a lot of background with this except that it is original condition and that it's spent it's entire life in this area. It is 43 years old.

Bunks that converts into a couch on one side. The other side dinette converts into a bed.

It rained 4 inches here the other night and no leaks anywhere at all. The electric power works in the camper including the original light over the counter top and the outlet. I have not refilled the LP and have not used the water at all. The towing lights all work. Pulls easy. Will need tires. Windows are all intact and the movable ones work.

You can either use as is or update it.
