13’ camper, approximately 1000 pounds. No leaks, lights work, all original windows. Roof vent replaced 2022. Original 2 burner gas stove. Original inside wall material called Ensolite, with fresh paint. Original awning with poles in good shape.

We do still have the original cushions for the dinette as well. We towed with a Subaru Forester.
