I have a vintage 1972 Hunter Compact Jr. Pop Top Travel Trailer up for grabs. People love this trailer as its light weight, made of fiberglass, virtually maintenance free and fun to camp in. She weighs about 1,000 pounds and can be easily pulled by a 4 cylinder car or EV and would be perfect behind your Subaru, Rav4 or CRV. Tesla owners pull this trailer with their Model 3 or Model Y. This trailer is made of fiberglass, wood and glass. Simple, strong, light weight and easy to tow. It would make a great first trailer. It can be moved around your driveway by hand on the included jack wheel.

You can tow it with your modern car and drop it at your campsite and then you are free to explore. Pop top gives you 6’4″ of headroom and is the full length of the trailer over the kitchen and dinette. Kitchen has 3 burner stove and oven, stainless steel sink, ice box, lots of drawers, cabinets a closet and a port-a-potty closet. A propane tank runs the stove/oven. Large water tank under couch feeds the sink or you can use a standard hose in the 2nd faucet.
Dinette can seat 4-6 people and then the table folds down to make the bed. The bed is large and comfortable at 6′ x 6′. Rear Door is rare and is a great option if you want to fit bikes, surfboards, paddle boards, fishing poles or other long camping items in the camper. You can’t fit them in the standard side doors. The trailer is in great condition and was restored several years ago:
Interior was redone with hardwood cabinets (originally was particle board)
Hardwood Floors Installed
New Screens installed
Professionally painted with white automotive paint
Windows were sealed with butyl tape and reinstalled (last week)
All Stainless Steel Hardware was used.
New pop top canvas was installed made from marine grade fabric for boats. Pop top has 4 windows with screens.
She is completely sealed (no leaks), lights, propane and stove work.
Tires are brand new 8 ply heavy duty trailer tires
She has brand new bay moon hubcaps!
Bearings were just greased and repacked, and she is ready to tow.
