In really good condition, no leaks, everything works, stove top, sink, mini fridge, microwave, TV, heater, roof top A/C (blows cold), newly upholstered, new awning. No toilet or shower. Selling because not using it as much and need the yard space. I just had it cleaned inside professionally. No odors or smells. Non smoker. Trailer is under 2000 lbs so it doesn’t need to be registered. I never got it retitled when I bought it 2nd hand used.
