Vintage 1983 13' Casita fiberglass trailer that was totally gutted and redone (inside and out) in 2020.
Very similar to Scamp trailers, but these are made in TX.

Sleeps 4, but only has a dry weight of around 1100 lb.
Towable even by cars and small SUVs (2" ball hitch, 4 pin trailer connection for trailer lights)

Lots of features and upgrades, but simple to use. A great easy step up from tent camping.

Good condition. No pets or smoking inside. Well sealed, always stored under a cover or a roof (since the remodel) to protect the fiberglass, and has never been stored in extreme cold or snow. Bearings regularly repacked.

Simple household style plug in to shore power for lights and Maxxfan (fan also works on DC battery)
Garden hose style hookup to water for internal sink and external shower
Garden hose style hookup for water outlet to capture grey water. No internal water storage, black water to manage, or tricky pipes to winterize.
