I purchased this trailer to redo and our situation has changed so I will be selling, a Vintage 1979 Trillium 4500 with 3 New tires and rims. This trailer needs a complete redo. The floor seems solid. The frame appears to be in good shape. The fiber glass is in good shape. All windows open and close. One as seen in the picture needs partial glass replacement. From window stone shield/ awning needs a panel reinstalled, as you can see in the picture, frame is fine. Needs a new roof vent. Needs new cushions.

As I was told the fridge does not work. I was told the furnace works I have not checked that. The 3 burner stove needs repainted or replaced. Needs a new facet hand pump for the sink. Sink needs a good cleaning. There is a 12 gal. fresh water holding tank. There is NO bath or hot water heater in this trailer. It has a power converter but not checked out.

This trailer has a rear bed and table combination approximately 74x52. With front couch that makes a bunk bed 74 x32. The interior height is approximately 6ft 2” and interior width is approximately 6ft 2”. The trailer box measures approximately 11 ft. Length is about 15ft.tongue to rear bumper. Clean title.
