Camper runs fine, tires were replaced two years ago and driven very little in that time.  It just needs some love on the interior, but there is so much great potential.

It has a new plywood subfloor.  Stove, fridge, electrics all work.  Water pump, AC, heater all work. 

Original cushions and table come with it. 

A lot of fun and adventure still to be had with this little guy :)
