It’s in good condition. Just ran out of time and money to finish the project. Also replaced the ceiling vent so it’s brand new, no window leaks, I put in wood flooring and the wood ceiling, also put in battery powered remote control lights in, and a counter top with sink. Sink is not connected but could easily be done.
