New Fridge installed 2017 (3-way propane, battery, 120v)

new batteries installed 2017 (two 6v Batteries)

side marker lights have been replaced (LED)

rear trailer lights replaced  (LED)

120 v light above fridge counter replaced with led fixture 2019

New hitch installed in 2018

carpet under table replaced in 2017

converter box installed in 2017 some of the wiring has been replaced as well.

plumbing updated to PEX 2017

A/C works great.

unsure if heater works, never used

toilet removed and repaired in 2017 new flusher was installed

water heater works

12-gallon fresh water tank

7-gallon water heater

Power inlet moved to left (drivers) (more standard)

Water inlet moved to left (drivers) side of trailer

Seat cushion covers have been replaced (except for one) curtains have been replaced

Door latch (inside and outside) replaced in 2019

Overall the trailer is in pretty good condition for being 30 years old. it is ready to camp in this season but still has some things that you could improve. 

some of the things we were going to do: replace cabinet doors (they function perfectly fine but are starting to show their age) Finish replacing the carpet (still in pretty good shape we just wanted something nicer) Replace a piece of wood that is loose but causes no problems (more of just a looks thing). NONE OF THESE THINGS NEED TO BE DONE TO USE TRAILER. JUST A FUN LITTLE PROJECT TO KEEP YOU BUSY DURING OFF SEASON.
