I have had this Scamp for a couple of years, although I have never slept in it. I have replaced the table, replaced rotten floor with 3/4 inch marine plywood it has been sealed & bonded to the walls, basically a better job than what was done when they built it, new air conditioner, new rims & tires including spare, repacked the bearings, new jack on front, ew toilet, new stove top, new stove hood, new door hinges, new door handle plate with locking door, new hardware for stone plate in front, new crank out ceiling moon roof vent, new door holder to hold door open, resealed windows, new homemade curtains.
The only reason for sale is I upgraded. If you want a Scamp that the hard work is done, your wait is over. The price is fair & firm so don't ask....they layout is similar to layout 4,except mine doesn't have a shower. The front can be a couch or bunkbeds for small kids. Hardware included. All systems need to be checked as we didn't get that far.
