This immaculate 16’ standard side dinette  (Layout 6) Scamp trailer is has just about every option available. According to the pricing brochure that I received from the original owner, the list price on this unit was $24, 904 in 2016. I have added a flat panel TV, Sony Internet-enabled DVD player, digital TV antenna, and replaced the tires and battery.

Inside it is equipped with sliding pocket screen door, large closet/storage spaces, shower and toilet in bathroom, 4.6 cu. ft. gas/electric refrigerator/freezer (biggest available), microwave in cabinet above fridge, 6 gallon gas/electric hot water heater, 2-burner gas cook top with cover to increase counter space, silverware drawer, range window and back splash in sink/stove area. Other upgrades include curtains and upholstery, extra side cabinets, 2 - 110 volt power outlets, extra lights, roof mounted air conditioner with heating strip, reversible three speed roof vent, propane furnace, vinyl flooring, and outside cable TV connection.  

Outside the trailer is outfitted with electric brakes, large battery pack (27 Series), 12 foot Fiamma awning, city water hook-up, connection to fill 12 gallon fresh water tank, 21 gallon gray water tank, 9 gallon black water tank, dual propane tanks, porch light, GFI outlet, outside step, waste disposal hose in stow-away container, spare tire with cover, mounted rear stabilizer jacks, dual tail lights, 2 inch receiver hitch for a bike rack, and a wheel for the tongue jack.

Also included is a 2” hitch draw bar with friction anti-sway and a custom-fitted 2” gel foam mattress.
