Outside hand shower. Furnace. Refrigerator works on AC and propane. 3 burner propane stove top. Maxxfan. Upgraded pex plumbing. Awning spring loaded unrolled by hand. Lots of storage space. New linoleum. Nice trailer not perfect but great for its age.
