trailer was placed in storage, it was always on jack stands so the wheels were off the ground the whole time.
No cushion stains, No odors, no pets, never been smoked in, Interior walls are very clean.
No spider cracks in the gel coating, No fiberglass damage, 100% NO water leaks, window has been resealed a few years ago by the previous owner, also added rubber rain guards above every window and vent. The exterior is in Excellent condition, gel coat is still shiny! 8ft awning in excellent condition,
Previous owner had the whole chassis under coated so there's NO RUST or cracks in the chassis.
