This Casita model has a sink, a two-burner stove, a
range hood, and a microwave. The 3-way refrigerator
runs off of 12 volts DC, 120 volts AC, or propane. The
water heater and the furnace run on propane. There are
two propane tanks mounted under the tank cover in the
front of the trailer.
Fully self-contained. Lots of up grades. Shocks, 15"
tires, hitch with spare tire holder, new toilet, new
microwave, new awning, wood grain flooring, new custom
mattress and a new tv dvd combo.
A/C, Awning, TV with DVD player, 0utside shower, Custom

There are a few things wrong with the camper: the frige
currently isn't running on 110v, I think it is just the
heat exchanger that needs to be replaced(about $120 on
amazon), I don't usually have it plugged into shore
power and it is very effecient running on propane, so I
have never been conserned by this; The awning only has
one arm; there is a crack in the fiberglass next to the
door, the previous owner said it got caught by the
wind, it doesn't look great, but it doesn't let water
in.
