been the second owner for last 10 years. Has always been stored inside, in climate controlled storage. I would say it's in excellent condition. Rarely used. can be easily towed with a smaller truck. The trailer has the following options.
****Larger 3 way fridge, lift kit, (3) 225X15 load range "E" tires with custom allow wheels, Flat panel TV, DVD player, Brand new microwave, Class 4 receiver hitch, Lund diamond plate storage box, nice fan and cover, Solar panel, (2) oversized 30# propane tanks, A/C with heat strip, Larger furnace, 6 gallon suburban hot water heater propane/electric model and is also set up for 2 batteries.
