CL ads running in a handful of locations across the U.S. The scammer lifted interior pics from a listing in South Dakota for a Deluxe for $9000. Exterior pics lifted from a different ad. Write-up and phone number can vary ad to ad.

Here are some things that have been done to it in the past few years: installed Superfan, electric brakes, new 110v electrical, new cushions, replaced windows (the front and rear windows are original and seem fine), replaced fresh water holding tank, installed kill-switch on battery (to prevent battery drain), installed LP gas detector, installed floor planks, put in memory foam mattress. Cabinets over the sink and bed area have been removed. Newer tires. Bearings serviced in 2017.

Two outer mounted propane tanks supply the stove, oven, hot water heater and cabin heater with fuel accompanied by an option for electric heat when plugged into shore power. In addition, the refridgerator can be powered by both propane and electricity.
