This Scam ad is listed in CL in various locations across the U.S. Pics and write-up were taken from a prior Ebay Listing of a Burro that sold for $7500 in MN.

13" Burro Camper. This is in great condition. Includes cover for storage.
Selling this little one for $1200.
This camper has 110v electrical for campsite with interior outlets.
Also has a Tripplite DC converter For a 12v battery connection to take you off the grid.
Tires like new.
Wheel bearings in great shape.
Floor is in in good shape.
Drop down rear bumper jacks and front jack provide stability. Ceiling vent.
Interior height 6’ 2”
Outside height 93”
All of the original cushions and bed conversions come with the unit.
They are in excellent condition, with no stains.
This has a working propane fridge, cooktop and heater.
This is a light weight camper for easy towing. 1300 lbs, with around 150 - 200 lbs on the tongue with the double propane tanks.
The small size is easy to tuck into campsites and on your property.
Table and seating area converted to double bed with 2 layer memory foab mattress.
It is very comfortable to sleep in.
The other side features another seating but it is converted now as bench seating area/sleep station for kids.
