My wife and I renovated this scamp in 2022. We focused mainly in renovating the interior; making it appealing but also functional. We installed the wood stove, lighting, composting toilet and simplified water system to be able to stay off grid for longer periods of time. We did not address the exterior appearance since it wasn t that important to us. We made sure both the truck and camper were safe and in good condition to hit the road and it brought us from Illinois to beautiful Idaho where we ended up staying.

The landing gear got bent the last time we moved it. It still goes up and down but one of the legs does not go all the way up/down.

The truck has the hitch bolted to the bed. It is a 2002 Ford Ranger Edge 4x4 4.0 V6 engine. It has approximately 175k miles. Not the prettiest truck but it does the job. It has a fairly new battery and all the systems work with the exception of the ABS and emergency break. It can be yours for $2000
