We did a full frame-off restoration in 2010

Work we did on the interior:

Replaced the dining area floors and floors beneath the couch with marine plywood

All new birch plywood cabinet doors and storage hatches( in dinette area)instead of stock particle board 

Interior has restored “elephant skin” walls and improved seems that are washable (unlike the newer rat fur) 

All cushions reupholstered

We installed a new 3 burner stove WITH OVEN!!  New 3/4 inch thick honey colored hardwood floors

New enlarged vent in roof

All new electric lines AC and DC,

 Propane lines replaced

 New hand pump for dry camping 

Installed an electric water pump

Installed a new inverter

New 12 gallon fresh water tank,

All new plumbing with strainer.  

 Has original 3 way fridge that works.

What we did to the exterior-

*All new rear lights and running lights

*New wheels and tires

 *Custom spare tire cover

*New front and rear windows including gaskets 

*Rock guard is original and in great condition

*Original jalousie windows all in working order (in our experience these are far superior to the modern sliding windows.  The modern ones cannot be open if it is raining or your camper will be soaked)

*Upgraded new longer rear stabilizers with stainless steel hardware

*New heavier duty tongue jack

*Added strength to door hinges and closure system on the bottom of door to secure while traveling

 *Exterior treated to restore shine

Comes with all the above PLUS-  Users manual, curtains if you would like them, propane tank, battery, fresh water hose,  custom jack for rear stablizers, grey water hose, rock guard for front window.

Our family has enjoyed this camper for 10 years and now it is ready for its next chapter.
