- Carpet removed, small section of floor replaced (prior door leak), vinyl Plank flooring installed

- New cushions (blue) from Scamp (old ones also included)

- Wheel Bearings Re-packed, Brakes adjusted/serviced at Croswell Tire

Additional:

- Cabinet Air Conditioner replaced with microwave (original AC included, can be re-installed)

- PortaPotti replaced with C-Head composting toilet. Will switch back if new owner prefers.

- All interior 12 volt light bulbs have been replaced with LED bulbs, including porch light.

This trailer has no water heater, waste water tanks, or furnace. A sealed outside portable tank is included for sink drain. All appliances work (propane cook top, refrigerator, fantastic fan and microwave). It is the standard layout with a privacy room (no shower). It is in very good condition, fully road worthy and ready for camping without fear. Clear Michigan Title.
