Purchased mid-October 2019, this was one of the last campers to roll off the Casita line before being labeled as a 2020 model.
For this reason, this camper has all of the same amenities as a 2020 model but you pay less property taxes ;>.
This includes having the upgraded grey cabinet doors instead of woodgrain.
We are the original owners and had the camper built to our specifications and picked it up at the Casta plant in TX.
The miniblnds were removed in lieu of sewn fabric curtains we just pin over the windows. Blinds are included but a few of the aluminum leaves may be bent.
We stored the factory cushions in bags and made custom memory foam bottom cushions for sleeping. The original cushions and custom memory foam cushions are included.
Non-smoking and we only cooked (heated up something) on the stove once or twice with he door open. Still smells new.
ALWAYS GARAGED Stored in covered storage facility with roll-down door and AC to keep battery float charged. never stored outside.
This camper has seen ~10 camping trips, most of them in-state. a few were out of state.
Everything is functional and there are no collision damage anywhere on the camper.
The fridge had a problem after we purchased and it was replaced under factory warranty last year by a licensed repair facility with the newest model (better) of Dometic fridge and has worked flawlessly since replacement.
