Factory add: High lift and 15" tires,  Heat Strip AC, microwave ready, TV mount, solar ready.  Outside shower, electric toung Jack, Awning.  Modifications/upgrades: 3500 lb toung Jack, single entry step replaced with 2 step made for Casita replacement, upgraded outside shower with new faucet and flexible shower head, teakwood mat in bath, canvas storage cover, welded to frame trailer hitch wired for 4way flat plug (I pull a small kayak trailer) plastic awning clips replaced with metal clips. Added small table top.
