Excellent condition. No leaks, fridge, stove, furnace and bathroom. New awning fabric (2016), new battery (2017), and new upholstery in dinette and double bed (2013.)  Hot water tank (never used, but services in 2014.)  Few items need attention such as screen on door, bearings and plumbing vent. 

Sad to say good bye.
